We want you to love your Steve Madden shoes, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn products back into their original Steve Madden shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy mailing bag or box.

Label and Drop Off

Download and print your pre-paid return shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
